1 General Terms

By using the Phtaya platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. Phtaya is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh.

              Important: These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
            

These terms form a legally binding agreement between Phtaya and the user. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services and contact the support team.

All Phtaya services are provided for personal and entertainment purposes only. Using the platform for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration

The following requirements must be met to create an account with Phtaya:

You must be 18 years of age or older.
You must register using accurate and truthful information.
Each individual may operate one account only.
The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

              KYC Verification: A copy of your national ID or passport may be required before a withdrawal is processed. This is done solely to protect the security of your account.
            

Phtaya reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior verification or explanation, particularly where fraud is suspected.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all payments on Phtaya:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳10 BDT; the maximum deposit is subject to the platform's defined limits.
Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit — if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must also go through bKash.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
Suspicious transactions may require additional verification and could take extra time to process.

              Please note: Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Funds may only be withdrawn to a mobile banking number registered in your own name.
            

Phtaya does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Phtaya regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Before using any of these offers, please review the following terms:

Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, typically ranging from 10x to 30x.
Bonus conditions must be fulfilled within the specified time frame after the bonus is claimed.
Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
Phtaya reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

              Example: For a welcome bonus of 1,000 BDT with a 15x wagering requirement, you must place bets totaling 15,000 BDT before making a withdrawal.
            

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting and all other gaming activities on Phtaya:

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Phtaya reserves the right to void the affected bets.
In live betting, odds change in real time; the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed are final.
The maximum bet amount per match is subject to the limits set by the platform.

In the event of any dispute, Phtaya's decision shall be considered final. However, you may submit a complaint through our support team.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Phtaya and may result in permanent account termination:

Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
Strategically exploiting the bonus system.
Using hacking, viruses, or any other malicious technology.
Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
Threatening or harassing other users.
Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting.

              Warning: Engaging in prohibited activities may result in the full forfeiture of your account balance and, where necessary, legal action.
            

7 Privacy

Phtaya takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We never sell your information to third parties. Data is used solely to improve our services and to meet legal requirements.

8 Responsible Gaming
